Manufacturer Limited Warranty
This Manufacturer Limited Warranty (“Limited Warranty”) applies only to ERYNTIX-branded products purchased through authorized ERYNTIX sales channels, including but not limited to eryntix.com, Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, or other platforms officially authorized by ERYNTIX.
This Limited Warranty is provided by ERYNTIX and applies solely to the original purchaser of the product.
What Is Covered
Under this Limited Warranty, ERYNTIX warrants that each ERYNTIX product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use and in accordance with ERYNTIX’s published product documentation during the applicable warranty period.
ERYNTIX’s published product documentation includes, but is not limited to, user manuals, safety guidelines, specifications, in-app notifications (if applicable), and official service communications.
The warranty period begins on the date the product is delivered to the original purchaser.

Equipment Warranty
This warranty applies to ERYNTIX fitness equipment, including but not limited to: Exercise Bikes, Ellipticals, Rowers, and Treadmills.
1-Year Limited Warranty
Structural frame and major functional components under normal residential use.
Extended Warranty Offer
As a promotional benefit, customers who register as a ERYNTIX member after purchase may receive an additional one (1) year limited warranty extension.

- Applies only to personal, non-commercial use
ERYNTIX reserves the right to modify or discontinue this promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

To receive warranty service, you must provide valid proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt from an authorized ERYNTIX sales channel.
ERYNTIX reserves the right to inspect the product and determine, at its sole discretion, whether the reported issue is covered under this Limited Warranty.
Charges may apply for services or repairs not covered by this Limited Warranty. Warranty service availability and procedures may vary by region.
What This Limited Warranty Does NOT Cover
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, or improper maintenance
- Damage caused by unauthorized modification, disassembly, or repair
- Damage resulting from installation, operation, or use not in accordance with official instructions or manuals
- Damage caused by non-authorized service providers
- Electrical damage caused by unauthorized circuit modification or improper use of batteries, chargers, or power supplies
- Damage caused by environmental conditions beyond normal indoor residential use, including but not limited to exposure to moisture, extreme temperatures, dust, or outdoor elements
- Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to pulleys, brake pads, belts, tension knobs, cords, footings, rubber grips, seats, adjustment knobs, cosmetic damage, paint or finish wear
- Noises such as squeaks, clunks, thumps, or grinding resulting from normal use or lack of preventive maintenance
- Products with altered, removed, or unreadable serial numbers or identification labels
- Data loss, data corruption, or loss of stored information
- Failure or damage caused by third-party products or accessories, even if used in conjunction with ERYNTIX products
- Claims related to uninterrupted or error-free operation
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ERYNTIX is responsible for loss or damage to a product only while it is in ERYNTIX’s possession or in transit, if ERYNTIX is responsible for transportation.
ERYNTIX shall not be liable for loss, disclosure, or compromise of any data, including personal or confidential information, stored on or associated with the product.
Under no circumstances shall ERYNTIX, its affiliates, suppliers, resellers, or service providers be liable for:
- Third-party claims against you
- Loss or disclosure of data
- Special, incidental, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of business, or loss of anticipated savings
ERYNTIX’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the original purchase price paid for the product. This limitation does not apply to bodily injury (including death) or damage to tangible personal property where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.
Limitation of Warranty
Except as expressly stated in this Limited Warranty, and to the extent permitted by law, ERYNTIX disclaims all other warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
If any implied warranties cannot be disclaimed under applicable law, their duration is limited to the duration of this Limited Warranty, and remedies are limited to repair or replacement at ERYNTIX’s discretion.

Governing Law
This Limited Warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the product was originally purchased, without regard to conflict of law principles.
