📦 Shipping Origin

Eryntix products may ship from our global fulfillment centers. The specific shipping origin and available shipping methods will be displayed on the applicable product page or during checkout.

⏱ Order Processing Time

• Orders are generally processed within one business day after payment confirmation.

• Warehouse operating hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

*Free standard shipping is available only for qualifying products or orders. Available shipping methods, fees, and delivery estimates are shown at checkout.

Delivery estimates begin after an order has been processed and shipped. They are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

💳 PayPal eCheck Orders

Orders paid through PayPal eCheck will ship only after the payment has cleared. The clearance process may take up to seven business days. Please contact PayPal directly for further information about the status of an eCheck payment.

📍 Shipping Area

At this time, we ship only to the 48 contiguous United States.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, or military addresses in the AA, AE, and AP regions.

A shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information will also be sent after your order has been dispatched.

🏠 Delivery Method

Eryntix orders are delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout using the available carrier service.

Delivery requirements may vary depending on the product, package size, destination, and shipping carrier. Where applicable, delivery is made to the entrance, doorstep, or another location accessible to the carrier. Inside delivery, installation, and delivery to upper floors are not included unless expressly stated on the product page or during checkout.

📦 Multiple Packages

An order may be shipped in multiple packages depending on product size, quantity, availability, or warehouse location. If your order is divided into multiple shipments, you may receive separate tracking details for each package.

⚠️ Shipping Delays & Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Eryntix is not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

• Transportation delays affecting remote or difficult-to-reach locations.

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses or contact information provided by the customer.

• The customer’s refusal or inability to accept delivery.

• Address-change requests submitted after shipment.

• Severe weather, natural disasters, government actions, transportation disruptions, public emergencies, or other force majeure events.

• Customs inspections or transportation regulations affecting certain products.

• Weekend or public-holiday restrictions.

• Locations that are inaccessible to the shipping carrier.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at support@eryntix.com before the order ships.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be changed or canceled. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for return instructions.
